Welcome to Nazaqa (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nazaqa website, applications, products, and services (collectively “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may need to register an account or you can purchase without an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised. We are not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Services

Nazaqa provides online ordering of clothing, accessories, and related products. You agree to pay all prices, fees, delivery charges, and taxes for orders placed through our platform. We have cash on delivery available.

Privacy

By using Nazaqa, you agree that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to how we collect, use, and share your data.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content;
  • Upload viruses or harmful files;
  • Interfere with systems or servers;

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with Nazaqa (logos, content, designs, data) belong to Nazaqa. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Orders, Shipping & Payments

  • We accept multiple payment methods including mobile banking and card transactions, Cash On Delivery (COD). We encourage to go for COD.
  • You have to pay delivery charge in advance to confirm the order ( inside Dhaka 70 BDT, Outside Dhaka 150 BDT).
  • Shipping times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays due to weather, logistics, or external factors.
  • Risk of damage/loss transfers to you and Courier services partner upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is defective, mismatched, damaged or incorrect, you have to check all of that issues in front of Delivery Man, if you are not satisfied, return immediately. You can never request a return after completion of delivery. If you need any support, call us immediately. No Refunds after delivery [ This policy is to prevent fraud customer ]

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred before termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
